Why we're proud to work with them
Sports and senior work pull in opposite directions. One is volume: rosters, teams, packages, a hard delivery window, and hundreds of families expecting the same standard. The other is personal, and a family notices every detail. A studio that does both well is not splitting its attention. It is running two workflows and holding both to the same finish.
That is the studio we want Batch Relay tested against. If the operational layer can carry a season of picture day without flattening the part of the work that is personal, it is doing its job.
What changed in the workflow
Before Batch Relay, the work after the shutter is the same everywhere: reconcile the roster, match names to images, rebuild package selections by hand, and assemble the lab order one line at a time. The photography ends on Saturday. The data entry does not.
With Batch Relay, the roster, packages, athlete assignments, and purchaser details enter once and stay connected. Orders validate against the products actually being sold before anything reaches the lab, and the exceptions that used to surface as a phone call from a parent surface as something to review instead.
