If you become a customer, additional product or service agreements may describe how production workflow data is handled.

We use providers that are reasonably necessary to operate the website and business. The demo request form may be provided through Tally, and the site uses self-hosted Umami analytics and session replay to measure traffic, navigation, and interaction patterns.

Our current public list of service providers is available on the subprocessors page. Providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy policies, as applicable.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and business, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Batch Relay is intended for businesses and professional users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
