Clearer print review and assisted orders

Review print setup changes before replacing proofs, assign assisted-order quantities per athlete, and check bank payout information from Command Center.

This update brings together improvements to print review, assisted shopping and payout information since the October 25 release.

Review print setup before replacing proofs

An order's saved print setup can fall behind a corrected registration answer or a newer published template. Photos & setup now points out those differences and lets you compare the saved and proposed information before replacing proofs.

Choose Review setup update to open the review. The notice itself does not change the order or its artwork.

When you accept a newer template revision, Batch Relay saves that choice before preparing its replacement proofs. You no longer need to generate previews of the old revision first. The revision sheet closes after a successful save and stays open if the save fails.

Split assisted-order quantities by athlete

A family buying several copies of the same product can assign different copies to different athletes. In the assisted cart, split the product quantity between athletes and choose artwork for each allocation. The assigned quantities must add up before you create the payment link.

The cart also checks whether each athlete's artwork is ready. It can use a compatible prepared file or an exact saved crop. When that crop still needs preparation, Prepare saved crop starts the work and waits for the prepared file. Missing or ambiguous artwork names the athlete and product that need attention.

Changing an athlete clears that allocation's artwork selection so the previous athlete's image does not carry over.

Bank payout context in Command Center

Command Center shows an active bank payout when Stripe has one. Otherwise, it shows a labeled estimate based on available funds. Funds still clearing and held order settlements appear separately.

The card checks for a fresh snapshot each studio reporting day. Use Refresh for another check, and see when the last successful check occurred. If a refresh fails, the previous result stays visible with a warning. An estimated payout or schedule date is not a promise of bank arrival.

Smaller fixes
  • Assisted payment links handle closed sessions with a clear unavailable state, and missing prepared artwork points to the affected selection.
  • Print preparation follows the reviewed photo selection more reliably when photo records have been merged. Team prints wait for review when the exact selected pose is unavailable.
  • New templates suggest an unused starting name when the default name is already taken.
