Image numbers, coaches and team setup

Photo numbers, teams and coach rosters can be prepared before the photos are ready. This release adds ways to collect that information and keep staff in control of the next step.

Image numbers on picture day

• Use the mobile capture sheet to record individual, buddy and team photo numbers.
• Add an untracked person when needed and record their numbers without creating a parent account or registration.
• Copy complete event or team number lists for use in your photo workflow.
• Match uploaded filenames using the recorded four-digit photo numbers. Conflicting or incomplete matches stay available for review.
• Keep existing manual photo assignments and crop-review controls in place.

More team setup in Teams Beta

The Teams workspace remains in Beta.

• Create an event team before uploading its photos.
• Connect teams to the event's form choices while keeping saved response history intact.
• Reuse existing logo artwork, as covered in the October 22 update.
• Extract primary and secondary colours from a logo, then adjust the team's palette.

Coaches Beta

The coach directory and purchasing workflow are in Beta.

• Keep coach contacts, invitations and team assignments together in the studio directory.
• Give coaches access to their assigned team work through their personal account.
• Configure eligible purchasing benefits, including complimentary products and discounts.
• Let coaches purchase supported team products without requiring a child to be added to the account.

Roster uploads Beta

Roster uploads are also in Beta.

• Give a coach or league contact a secure link to submit a CSV roster.
• Let staff inspect the uploaded roster and review the information before proceeding.
• Keep importing records and sending invitations as separate, deliberate steps. Uploading or accepting a file does not do either automatically.

Family bundle offers

• Configure a studio offer based on the number of distinct athletes included in a purchase.
• Set a fixed discount or percentage tiers for qualifying families.
• Apply the highest qualifying automatic saving once, rather than adding multiple automatic discounts together.
• Save and review an offer before activating it. New offers stay off until they are ready.

Smaller improvements

• Owners and admins can open Outstanding orders to see unfinished purchases, their next steps and how long they have been waiting.
• Delivery filters and clearer order summaries make it easier to focus the Orders view.
• Notification panels and What's New layouts have had a readability pass.

Bug fixes

• Improved proof access and review for orders sharing a shipment.
• Removed repeated destination details when reviewing the same shipping address.
• Improved digital-download preparation, checkout recovery and order-status updates.
