Reusable logos, staff feedback and studio controls

Updates from October 21 and 22, plus a few earlier improvements to discounts, digital crops and upload recovery.

This update collects the studio improvements from October 21 and 22, along with a few earlier changes that had not received their own release-note coverage.

Reusable logos in Teams Beta

The Teams workspace remains in Beta.

  • Choose an existing studio, team or event logo from searchable thumbnails.
  • Reuse the artwork without uploading another copy.
  • Transparent logos keep their transparent background in previews, with a checkerboard behind the artwork so light and dark details stay visible.

Feedback from your screen

Studio staff can opt in through Studio Settings → Support and feedback.

  • Select the part of the screen you want to tell us about and add a note.
  • Review the feedback before sending it to Batch Relay.
  • See whether it has been saved or sent, with a retry option when needed.
  • Keep the same account preference when switching studios or devices.

Studio discount codes

  • Studio owners and admins can manage discount codes. Other studio staff can view them.
  • Customers enter manual codes in Stripe Checkout.
  • Review paid uses and discount totals separately from checkouts that have not completed payment.
  • Customer receipts show the discount and the amount paid.
Smaller improvements
  • Choose uploaded originals or an approved crop for digital delivery, with separate choices for individual/buddy photos and team photos.
  • Review possible duplicate records with suggested matches and a side-by-side comparison before deciding what to do. Suggestions do not combine records automatically.
  • Resume unfinished uploads with completed photos preserved. Leaving during an upload warns you that the remaining transfer will stop.
  • Browse catalog products by family and select multiple products to create separate drafts for pricing and review.
Bug fixes
  • Fixed transparent logo previews that could appear with a black background.
  • Improved magnet and template compatibility checks, artwork attachment and proof-preparation messages.
  • Improved sign-in recovery and fixed a browser title-update loop that could make Safari unresponsive.
