Miller's Sports & Events / RS Plus · In development
Your packages.
Your next picture day.
We're developing a migration path for packages and template settings from Miller's Sports & Events, also known as RS Plus. The goal is to reduce the setup you have to repeat when moving to Batch Relay.
The first migration we're building
Start with the work you've already put in.
Packages and individual items
We're focusing on your individual product definitions and the packages made up of those items, including their template assignments. Product matches will need review against Batch Relay's supported catalog.
Template settings
We're investigating which layouts and settings the database can carry across. Exact layout preservation, artwork availability, and editability in the Template Engine are still being tested.
This first scope covers packages and template settings. It does not include historical orders, customer records, roster imports, or photo uploads. Support for supplied artwork depends on availability and reuse permissions.
The planned experience
Upload. Review.
Decide what to keep.
The importer is not available yet. We're designing it so you can see what will transfer before putting the result to work.
- 1
Choose your database file
Select a copy of your package definitions database. We'll use it to identify supported items, packages, and template settings.
- 2
Review suggested product matches
Check the proposed Batch Relay products. Unsupported items and uncertain matches should stay visible for your review.
- 3
Check the result before your event
Review packages, templates, and print requirements. Confirm what needs to be adjusted or recreated.
Prepare to migrate
Find your package definitions on Mac.
This is the location from our current Mac setup. Your installation may differ. You don't need to upload or send the database yet.
- Close Miller's Sports & Events before copying the database.
- Open Finder, then choose Go → Go to Folder, or press Command + Shift + G.
- Copy and paste this folder path, then press Return.
~/Millers Remote Suite Resources/AIR/SportsEvents/Databases/ - Look for
SportsEvents_StudioPkgDefs.sqlite. Keep the original in place and make a separate copy for migration preparation.
The ~ symbol refers to your home folder. If the folder isn't there, contact us for help finding your installation. We haven't verified the Windows location yet.
Plan for your new lab products, too.
Batch Relay does not submit orders to Miller's. A move to Batch Relay means choosing supported products from a connected lab, such as WHCC or Richmond Pro Lab. Similar names don't guarantee the same sizes, finishes, or artwork requirements.
