Clearer finances and simpler photo management

Finances and tax reporting

• Review monthly, quarterly and yearly financial summaries based on when customers paid.
• Use calendar or fiscal years, choose your reporting time zone, and control whether refunds appear in the original payment period or the period they occurred.
• Export summary totals and payment-date order details as CSV files for bookkeeping and tax preparation.

Photos and crops

• Photo management now lives in Uploads and the relevant athlete or team workspace. The separate Images tab has been retired.
• Add missing crop aspect ratios and switch between portrait and landscape framing from the crop editor.

Bug fixes

• Fixed a checkout issue that could prevent eligible add-on items from joining an existing open shipment.
• Improved event-registration forms, including events with no outstanding questions and protection against duplicate or outdated saves.
• Clarified checkout error messages and retry guidance.
• Replaced the bare error shown for unavailable download links with a helpful explanation and guidance for finding a fresh link.
