Your roster and digital delivery, together
A dedicated Digital downloads workspace under Roster, Teams in beta, real-athlete previews in Template Engine, and clearer registration, receipts and payout reporting.
Roster is becoming the place to manage the work after picture day. This update brings more of that work together: a dedicated digital delivery workspace, shared team photo controls, and athlete records that keep your place while you review photos.
Digital downloads in Roster
Open Roster → Digital downloads to review purchased digital photos across your studio or focus on one event. Preview the photos, see which orders are waiting to send, check email status and find delivery problems.
Choose which orders to include, review the recipients and photos, then Send now. Other orders stay waiting. Sending continues in the background, so you can leave the page while it finishes.
Event release settings give you control over when families gain access. Hold new downloads while you finish preparing photos, or enable Automatic when ready so ready photos and future-ready purchases become available automatically. Photos families already have remain accessible.
Account access and email delivery are shown separately: a family may already have their photos in their account before the notification email is sent. Sending starts delivery in the background; it does not mean the email has already arrived.
Photo previews also prepare more reliably, with recovery for missing previews and fewer background requests during crop review.
Roster and Teams
Roster navigation now lives in the sidebar, keeping athletes, families, responses, images and digital downloads within reach. Open an athlete for event and family context, assigned photos, and separate print and download progress. Closing a photo returns you to the athlete section you were using.
The Teams workspace is in Beta. Review shared team photos and crops together with the event and team kept in context. Team wording used in print designs has its own controls alongside the shared-photo workflow.
Template Engine: preview with a real athlete
Inside Template Engine, choose an event and athlete to preview a design with their actual photos and roster information. Check how real content fits before preparing the rest of the event.
Registration, receipts and payout reporting
Registration sign-in links now retain the intended studio and event, helping families return to the registration they started.
Receipts show merchandise, verified discounts, shipping, tax and the total paid more clearly. Where a discount applies and the recorded amounts reconcile, the summary separates the original merchandise amount, discount and amount after discount.
Payout reporting distinguishes transfers into a studio's Stripe Connect balance from payouts to its bank. The platform operations studio payout view adds available and pending Stripe funds, the payout schedule and bank payout status, so a recorded transfer is not mistaken for money that has already reached the bank.
