A clearer roster, uploads and studio workspace
Find athletes in Roster, prepare photos in Uploads, and follow orders, downloads and payouts with clearer context.

This studio update brings clearer names and more context to the work after picture day. The navigation tells you where to find your athletes and where to prepare their photos. Order and finance views give you more useful detail about what happens next.
Roster and Uploads
Operations is now Roster. Preflight is now Uploads. The names match what you do in each workspace.
Roster brings athletes, families, unclaimed athletes, responses and images together. Open an athlete to review their event record, original parent responses, assigned photos and orders. Event navigation keeps the selected event in context, with links to the athlete's other event records.
Possible duplicates are visible on the roster so staff can review the evidence. Original parent submissions stay attributed to the person who completed them.
Command-F on Mac, or Control-F on Windows, focuses the roster search field. Search for an athlete, parent or image number without reaching for the mouse.
Analytics and finances
Analytics and finance views have had a readability pass, including clearer chart details and payout information. Platform operators also have a separate reporting workspace for cross-studio activity.
Finances now shows bank payout history directly from Stripe, including amounts, status and expected arrival dates. You can load older payouts without losing your place.
Settlement transfers and bank payouts are shown separately. A transfer funds your Stripe balance; a bank payout moves that balance to your bank. The page makes that distinction explicit instead of treating them as the same step.
Photo and order workflows
Once a digital download is released, approved image and crop updates flow through automatically. You can still hold an event's first release while you finish the photos. Parents keep their existing download access.
Print fulfillment review now names the next task more clearly. Missing image choices, crops that need attention, proof preparation and final review are easier to distinguish, with image and template controls beside the relevant print. Technical diagnostics remain available when you need them.
JPEG upload checks and previews also handle orientation more reliably, with more useful messages when an image cannot be prepared.
