Digital delivery and clearer studio workflows
Choose when downloads go out, review orders and refunds together, and manage registration and teams from a clearer event workspace.

The work after picture day rarely happens all at once. You might be retouching photos while parents are already ordering, checking a team's details, or finding the right order to refund. This release gives studios more control over those steps.
Digital delivery
Digital downloads can now wait until you are ready to release them. Hold an athlete or an event while you finish retouching, then review and send the ready photos for that scope.
A release covers the photos ready when you review it. Later purchases and newly ready images need another release while the event is held. Large releases save their progress so an interrupted send can continue.
Parents keep access to downloads they already have. Physical prints continue through their own fulfillment process. The download status separates Ready, Released, Email accepted and Link active, so you can check each step without treating email acceptance as proof that someone opened it.
Studios selling individual-download coverage can also turn on a limit of once per athlete and event in each checkout. It stays off unless you enable it.
Orders and refunds
The Orders page now puts delivery-stage filters, order-code lookup, a full-screen view and a shipping-address map together. Operations uses the same delivery idea, with separate print and download progress when you open an order. Paid-order details and CSV exports remain limited to studio owners and admins.
You can start a refund from the order: choose the remaining balance, specific items or an amount, then decide what happens to eligible prints and download access. The dialog identifies prints already in production. Refunds that need review stay pending until approved; confirming a request does not mean the money has already been returned.
Once Stripe confirms a refund, the order shows Paid, Refunded and Net amounts, its refund history, and the balance still available to refund. Athlete order history also shows partial refunds without losing the remaining order context.
Events and teams
An event now opens as a full page. Registration, sharing, messages and the print template have their own places. Publishing stays in the header, with any blockers listed beneath it. Creating an event still starts in the quick setup sheet.
The new Responses view brings an event's registration answers into one table. Search and filter answers, spot responses from older form versions, copy the visible rows into a spreadsheet or download a CSV. A full-screen view makes wider forms easier to read.
Each team has a workspace for its roster, photos and logos. Name and order poses, choose a print default while keeping alternatives, and explicitly add or replace photos during upload. Changes to membership or the default show the affected orders and proofs so you can prepare replacements deliberately.
Improvements 4 updates
- Order values at a glance. Analytics shows a P15 to P95 range alongside the median and average, so one unusually large order does not tell the whole story.
- Upcoming payouts. Command Center shows the next payout and explains when some orders are not included yet.
- Sign-in hints. The sign-in screen remembers the method and email last used on this browser, helping families return to the same account.
- What's New in the app. Selected highlights open a short tour, with links to the relevant section of these release notes.
